Overview

Mr. Curtis practices in the field of intellectual property, specializing in the drafting and prosecution of U.S. and Foreign/PCT patent applications.  Mr. Curtis also advises clients on patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, infringement analyses, trademark protection, and other intellectual property matters.  His practice includes a wide range of diversified technologies including microbiology, new biochemical compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, plant patent and plant variety applications, optical and scientific instrumentation, and medical devices.
