Jennifer Richie is an intellectual property attorney in Leydig’s Boulder office whose practice focuses on patent prosecution and intellectual property transactions. Her technical areas in patent prosecution include biotechnology, biomedical compositions and devices, and the chemical arts.
Ms. Richie attended the University of Colorado Law School where she served as a Production Editor of the Colorado Law Review, assisted clients with various litigation matters in the Civil Practice Clinic, and interned in the Contracts Division of the Colorado State Court Administrator’s Office. Before law school, Ms. Richie worked as a researcher for a medical device company developing an automated point-of-care diagnostic device. In that role, she developed multiplex assays using giant magneto-resistive (GMR) technology for use in a handheld microfluidic system.
