Overview

Mr. Kellner practices a variety of intellectual property law disciplines. He has drafted and prosecuted patents in the mechanical, thermodynamic, electrical, and biomedical technologies, along with computer software, industrial construction, and shipping and transportation systems.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Kellner served as a Managing Editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, and prosecuted patents on behalf of startup clients with the Intellectual Property Law Clinic at Indiana University. Professionally, Mr. Kellner worked as a summer associate at Leydig, in the Chicago office, where he worked on various prosecution and litigation matters. Mr. Kellner also worked as a summer associate for Tilleke & Gibbins, in their Bangkok office, working on various intellectual property regulatory matters both within Thailand and the greater ASEAN region.
