Xavier Pillai of Leydig’s Chicago office will present at the American Chemical Society’s National Meeting, taking place from March 13-17, 2016 in San Diego, CA. Pillai’s speech will discuss strengthening future patent rights in light of recent Federal Court decisions and what chemists and other scientists need to know about their duty of disclosure under the new laws governing the patent process in the United States.
