PATENT AGENT (ELECTRICAL/COMPUTER ENGINEERING)

Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in the intellectual property field (including patent application preparation and prosecution, opinions and client counseling), possess strong writing/analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and a technical background in electrical or computer engineering, preferably with AI technology experience. An advanced technical degree is desirable, but not required. Professional working proficiency in Mandarin a plus.

An advanced technical degree is desirable, but not required. All candidates must be registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a minimum of three years.
