Kevin Parks of Leydig’s Chicago office will speak at John Marshall Law School’s Annual IP Law conference on February 27, 2015. Parks, an adjunct faculty member at JMLS since 2003, will speak on recent developments in trademark law.
The annual JMLS conference covers hot topics and current developments in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law.
Mr. Parks works in all areas of trademark and copyright law, including representation in trial and appellate courts and in proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and U.S. Copyright Office.
