Jeremy Lowe and Keelin Bielski of the Leydig Chicago office filed an amicus brief on behalf of Alvogen PB Research & Development and Inari Agriculture. The brief supports en banc rehearing of a recent Federal Circuit decision in Allergan that finds a first-filed, first-issued, last-expiring patent is immune from obviousness-type double patenting.
