John Augustyn of Leydig was Counsel on the US Supreme Court brief in Amgen v. Sanofi for Amicus Curiae, Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago. John also presented a CLE webinar for the Chicago Bar Association on January 24, 2023 discussing the Amgen case and patent enablement.
