Keelin D. Bielski

Overview

Keelin Bielski practices intellectual property law, focusing on patent prosecution and patent litigation in the biotechnology and chemical arts fields. Ms. Bielski received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in May 2019. She served as an Executive Editor on the University of Miami Law Review as well as a Dean’s Fellow and Research Assistant. Ms. Bielski also served as an intern in the University of Miami School of Law’s Startup Practicum where she helped advise startup businesses on their intellectual property needs. Prior to law school, Ms. Bielski received her B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Miami, with minors in Chemistry, Sociology, and Geography.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Bielski worked as a summer associate at Leydig, where she worked on various prosecution and litigation matters. Ms. Bielski was also a judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida for Judge Jose E. Martinez.
